🌍 Global Production, Local Delivery

All LaGP.org orders are fulfilled through Gelato, a print-on-demand network with production partners in 32 countries and delivery reach in over 200. Your order is routed to the nearest qualified production facility, helping reduce both carbon impact and delivery time.

Approximately 95% of orders are produced in the same country where they’re delivered.

🚚 Delivery Times

Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days, including both production and shipping. This is a typical estimate, not a guarantee.

Delivery times depend on:

  • Product type and size
  • Destination country
  • Seasonal demand
  • Chosen shipping method (Standard or Express, when available)

At checkout, you’ll receive an estimated delivery window. A tracking link will be emailed once your order ships.

💳 Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated dynamically at checkout using Gelato’s real-time shipping rates.

We do not charge any additional handling fees or markups. You pay what we pay to ship your order.

📦 Packaging

Orders are packed using Gelato’s standard, damage-resistant packaging. While your shipping label may list “LaGP.org” as the sender, we do not include branded boxes, marketing inserts, or promotional materials at this time.

🌐 International Shipping & Customs

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or other fees per local regulations. These charges are not included in your purchase and must be paid by the recipient.

Some countries require:

  • Native language addresses (e.g., China, Japan, South Korea)
  • A local tax ID for customs clearance (e.g., Brazil)

Please consult your local postal or customs office for details specific to your region.

📬 Returned Shipments & Delivery Refusals

If your order is returned due to:

  • An incomplete or incorrect address
  • Refusal at delivery
  • Failure to collect from a postal or customs pickup point

We cannot issue refunds. You may request a paid reprint, including new shipping costs, provided it is:

  • Requested within 30 days of the original estimated delivery date
  • Associated with a corrected and verified shipping address

Before requesting a reprint, please check:

  • That apartment/suite numbers were provided
  • Any delivery or pickup notices
  • Local customs or postal station hold notifications

We cannot refund or reprint orders marked “Delivered” by the carrier.

📥 Lost in Transit

If your order is not delivered and tracking has stopped updating:

  • Report the issue via your Gelato order dashboard using the “Report Problem” button within 30 days of the estimated delivery date
  • Once Gelato verifies the issue, a free replacement will be issued
